The Kitchen of Fire

Nestled among terraced olive groves and overlooking fragrant lavender fields, Singular pays homage to “The Kitchen of Fire” with a culinary experience deeply rooted in the land and prepared over open flames using wood from our own trees.

A welcoming refuge in the Serra de Tramuntana, inviting you to savour the authenticity of the place and be swept away by its tranquillity, breathtaking landscapes, and lingering summer nights.

Our Food

Local and homegrown ingredients, cooked over firewood from our own carob and almond trees. A menu that reflects our love for the land, the essence of fire, and timeless flavors.

A spacious and airy setting where original stone features blend with clean lines and handcrafted details. Natural light pours in through large windows, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere to enjoy grilled, natural flavors.

Terrace

Beneath the pergola and surrounded by trees, the restaurant's terrace is a special spot to enjoy lunch and dinner in the open air. A space that opens onto the serenity of the lavender fields, where the horizon blends with the island’s peaceful spirit.

Paella Nights

As evening falls and the Mallorcan sky turns golden, the fire marks the beginning of our Paella Nights. The terrace glows with warm light, the atmosphere slows down, and paellas are cooked to order with local produce and the island’s authentic flavour.
